Warranty policy

At 33-Tech Oy, we are committed to providing high-quality measurement solutions and ensuring our customers receive reliable equipment. As an importer and distributor, we facilitate warranty services in coordination with our manufacturing partners to ensure your operations continue without interruption.

1. WARRANTY COVERAGE

33-Tech warrants that all products supplied are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

  • Duration: The standard warranty period is 12 months from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified in the product documentation.
  • Scope: This warranty covers the labor and parts required for repair, or the full replacement of the device.

2. PRODUCT REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE

We understand that precision and uptime are critical for your business. If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect:

  • Repair First: Our primary goal is to restore the device to its original factory specifications through expert repair.
  • Replacement: In the event that a device cannot be repaired, or if the repair costs are deemed uneconomical, 33-Tech will provide a replacement product.
  • Equivalent Model: The replacement will be a new or functionally equivalent unit. If the original model has been discontinued, we will provide a model with equivalent or superior specifications.

3. LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

The warranty and replacement policy do not cover:

  • Misuse: Damage from improper installation, storage, or operation outside technical limits.
  • Maintenance: Periodic calibration is considered routine maintenance and is not covered unless a hardware failure prevents successful calibration.
  • Consumables: Parts with a limited life (e.g., batteries, fuses, disposable sensors).
  • Unauthorized Service: Repairs or modifications by unauthorized parties void the warranty.

4. CLAIM PROCEDURE (RMA)

To initiate a claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Email sales@33tech.fi with your order number, serial number, and a description of the fault.
  2. Evaluation: Our technical team will provide remote troubleshooting or request the unit for inspection.
  3. Return (RMA): If the defect is confirmed, we will issue an RMA number.
  4. Resolution: Following inspection, 33-Tech will notify you whether the device will be repaired or if a replacement unit is being prepared for shipment.

5. SHIPPING AND LOGISTICS

  • Inbound: The customer is responsible for shipping the unit to 33-Tech for evaluation at his own cost.
  • Outbound: 33-Tech covers the return shipping costs for all valid warranty repairs and replacements.

6. DISCLAIMER

33-Tech’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product. 33-Tech shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as loss of data or business interruption) resulting from the failure of a measurement device.
