2. WARRANTY POLICY

As an authorized distributor and importer, 33Tech honors the standard manufacturer’s warranty for all measurement instruments sold.

  • Warranty Period: Typically 24 months from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified.
  • Scope: The warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use. It does not cover damages caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or external factors (e.g., power surges, physical impact).
  • Claim Process: To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must provide the serial number and proof of purchase.

3. AFTER-SALES & MAINTENANCE SERVICES

To ensure the long-term accuracy and reliability of your measurement instruments, we offer also after-sales services.

3.1. CALIBRATION SERVICES

Measurement accuracy is critical. We assist our customers in coordinating periodic calibrations. Depending on the product, calibration is performed either in-house, through the manufacturer, or via accredited third-party laboratories.

3.2. REPAIR SERVICES

In the event of equipment failure outside the warranty period, 33-Tech provides professional repair services.

  • Evaluation: A diagnostic fee may apply to assess the device and provide a cost estimate.
  • Spare Parts: We use original manufacturer parts to ensure the continued integrity of the equipment.

3.3. TRAINING AND COMMISSIONING

For complex measurement systems, we offer:

  • On-site or remote commissioning and setup.
  • User training to ensure the staff can operate the devices safely and efficiently.

4. SPARE PARTS AVAILABILITY

We strive to ensure the availability of essential spare parts and accessories for a minimum of 5 years after a product model has been discontinued, subject to manufacturer availability.
